"When I first purchased the teeth grinding guard three months ago, I had been grinding my teeth to the point where they would break.  I would only put the guard in right before I went to bed, and had not been using a mouth guard regularly before that.  I also had the bite pads too far back in my mouth-they were back sitting on my back teeth.
